In the second interview, Lily's experiences have been mined for all their worth, labelled in various colours and further represented in persona and storyboard.

Sketches of ideas were developed based on Lili's persona and these sketches were then summarised.

Then the summary of sketch generated the wireframe of prototype.

The final prototype is Healthkin. A platform contributes to health skin and collects sincerely suggestions about skin health.
